All orders currently ship within 1-2x Business Days.
We use the New Zealand Courier Post network to fulfil all orders* on the IPP NZ online store. This ensures a fast, trackable service to compliment our usually fast order fulfilment service. The cost of shipping is $5.00, orders over $175 ship for free.
Of course, if you have any reason for us to use another Carrier - we have accounts with all major New Zealand Logistics companies, email us using the Contact Us form below and we will see what we can do to accommodate your request.
*excludes bulky items (i.e. foam rollers) which will be sent via Road Freight/NZ Post.
